By default, the first frame of the video (0 seconds) will be used as the thumbnail. If you'd like to change your thumbnail, you'll follow these steps:
Once you have selected your video, click 'More' under the thumbnail and choose the method you would like to customize your video (upload or choose a frame)
Note: The available methods may vary depending on the platform.
Upload:
Upload an image(.jpg and .png) that is under 2MB.
Choose a frame from the video:
Drag the slider to the position in the video you'd like to use as the cover/thumbnail image.
Click "Save"
