If you have a cover page image ready:
Split a scene at the beginning of your video
Upload your image to the media
Add your image from the media to the first scene
To show headline-only at the beginning of the video:
Split a scene at the beginning of your video
Uncheck the "apply to all scenes" box for the headline
Delete headlines in other scenes
