Updated this week

Switch your plan

You can switch your subscriptions in "Workspace settings" - "Subscription" - “Switch plan”

Upgrade to Business

If you are on a Creator plan, you can upgrade to a Business plan and unlock all the features included in the Business plan. This upgrade starts a new billing cycle immediately. We'll deduct a proration charge for the unused time of your current plan. Please note that any unused credits from your previous Creator plan will not roll over to your new plan.

Upgrade to add more credits (higher usage tier)

If you're on a paid plan and need more upload credits, you can upgrade to a higher usage tier.

This upgrade takes effect immediately: you will instantly receive additional upload credits for your current cycle. We'll only charge you the price difference between your new and old plan (New Plan Price - Old Plan Price), and your current billing cycle date will remain unchanged.

Upgrade to a yearly plan

Upgrading from a monthly Creator or Business plan to a yearly plan allows you to save 50%. You'll also benefit from extended credit validity: 13 months compared to just 60 days on monthly plans. Please note that upgrading to a yearly plan will immediately start a new billing cycle.

Downgrade your plan

If you're finding your usage is not as high as you expected, or you don't need all the features. You can downgrade to a lower tier or switch from the Business to the Creator plan. Downgrades happen at the end of your current billing cycle. You'll keep everything you have now until the end of your current billing cycle.

FAQ

How do credit rollovers work?

All customers are automatically enrolled in credit-rollovers at their next billing date. Credits rollovers allow you to carry over and keep unused credits after a billing period ends. Each release of creditscredits will be valid for 2 months in the monthly plan and 13 months for the yearly plan.

Example

How do credit rollovers benefit me?

Credit rollovers give you billing flexibility. If you have unused credits on your account when your billing refreshes, you can keep them to use later. We'll use these rollover credits first, giving you more value from your subscription.
