Upgrade to Business

We'll deduct a proration charge for the unused time of your current plan. Please note that any unused credits from your previous Creator plan will not roll over to your new plan.

Upgrade to add more minutes (higher usage tier)

If you're on a paid plan and need more upload minutes, you can upgrade to a higher usage tier. This upgrade starts a new billing cycle immediately. You will be charged the full amount for the new plan, and any unused minutes from your previous plan will have their expiration extended to the end of this new cycle.

Upgrade to yearly plan

Upgrading from a monthly Creator or Business plan to a yearly plan allows you to save 50%. You'll also benefit from extended minute validity: 13 months compared to just 60 days on monthly plans. Please note that upgrading to a yearly plan will immediately start a new billing cycle.

Downgrade your plan

If you're finding your usage is not as high as you expected or you don't need all the features. You can downgrade to a lower tier or switch from the Business to the Creator plan. Downgrades happen at the end of your current billing cycle. You'll keep everything you have now until the end of your current billing cycle.

FAQ

How do minute rollovers work?

All customers are automatically enrolled into minutes rollovers at their next billing date. Minutes rollovers allow you to carry over and keep unused credits after a billing period ends. Each release of minutes will be valid for 2 months in the monthly plan and 13 months for the yearly plan.

How do minute rollovers benefit me?

Minute rollovers give you billing flexibility. If you have unused minutes on your account when your billing refreshes, you can keep them to use later. We'll use these rollover minutes first, giving you more value from your subscription.
