You can add members anytime. We'll calculate the prorated charges for new members and send a separate monthly invoice for these additional seats.

Billing for added team members is based on the remaining plan duration and their cost per seat.

You purchased a Business 600 minutes yearly plan on September 1st, 2024, and paid $294 (1 seat).

On November 15th, 2024, you invited 3 additional members to your workspace.

In your second month, you'll receive a separate monthly invoice for $135. This breaks down to 3 seats x $5 x 9 remaining months.

You can add or remove members at any time. The charge for new members will be added to your next bill.

We'll send you an email reminder to review your invoice 3 days before the payment date. You can also view your next invoice within the Subscription settings.
