This can happen for a few reasons:
Your file is too large. Please ensure that it is no larger than 8GB and no longer than 6 hours.
Please verify that your video is in a format supported by Vizard (mp4, mov, 3gp, avi, and more Max) and that it is not an audio file. Vizard currently does not support audio uploads. If you convert your video from an audio file, make sure you have added the video track to the file.
