Experiencing a Virus Alert? Here’s Why

Updated over 10 months ago

If you're receiving a virus warning labeled "Neutralized threat" when attempting to publish videos via the "share on social" feature:

The alert typically arises due to security plugins, such as Avast, identifying the Facebook publishing channel integrated within the exported video page as a potential threat. This results in the connection being safely aborted by Vizard to protect your device.

To solve this issue, you'll need to adjust your Avast security settings. Specifically, you should unblock the Vizard website or add it to the whitelist within Avast. This action informs Avast that Vizard's Facebook publishing functionality is safe, thereby preventing the plugin from automatically blocking the publishing process.
