Your Instagram account must be a professional account before connecting to Vizard for direct sharing. Here's how you can convert via Instagram:
Open the Instagram app
Tap the menu button located in the upper right corner and go to "Settings and Privacy".
Scroll down to "For professionals" and select "Account type and tools".
Tap on "Switch to professional account".
Follow the prompts until you reach the category page. Choose a category that best represents your account.
Select "Creator" or "Business" as your account type. Your Instagram account will now be converted to a professional account.
Once your account has been successfully converted, return to Vizard and try reconnecting or refreshing your Instagram channel.
