How pricing and billing work for Team

Teams are shared workspaces where you can create projects and collaborate with others. Our Team plan allows you to invite an unlimited number of members to your workspace.

Team pricing

We offer monthly and yearly plans with pricing based on the number of team members. Visit our pricing page for detailed pricing information.

Team billing

Free and Creator subscribers need to upgrade to the Team plan to invite members.

For yearly plans

  • With a yearly subscription, you pay every year. You'll receive an invoice 3 days before the renewal date.

  • You can add members anytime. We'll calculate the prorated charges for new members and send a separate monthly invoice for these additional seats.

  • Billing for added team members is based on the remaining plan duration and their cost per seat.

Example

Billing period

  • You purchased a Team yearly plan on September 1st, 2024, and paid $384 (2 seats).

  • On November 15th, 2024, you invited 3 additional members to your workspace.

  • In your second month, you'll receive a separate monthly invoice for $432. This breaks down to 3 seats x $192 per user x 9/12 remaining months.

For monthly plans

  • You can add or remove members at any time. The prorated charge for new members will be added to your next bill.

  • We'll send you an email reminder to review your invoice 3 days before the payment date. You can also view your next invoice within the Subscription dialog.
